Since day 1 Oxido has cultured it’s own Mexican Crema
It’s way easier and cheaper to buy it full of stabilizers, gums, preservatives, carrageenan, and potassium sorbate
But then again buying it our Crema wouldn’t be milder, sweeter with a slightly buttery taste
The real reason we make it is at Oxido we choose to choose our dairy products without rBST (recombinant bovine somatotropin) a synthetic version of hormone injected into dairy cows to boost milk production by about 10%.

and until we are sent a ceez and deezcist from @tacobell lawyers you can get this at Oxido too!
in honor of Taco Bell’s limited return of the enchirito, Oxido is bringing it back to its original 1970’s version made healthy with real meat picadillo, heritage beans, real red chili sauce, rsbt free cheese, seed free oil, warm hand made sonoran wheat flour tortilla - and bonus for the purists, its topped with 3 of deez sliced olives unlike the current bells version!
this is one of history’s most important events alongside the invention of the wheel and tequila.

Sonora wheat Introduced to the Mexico/Arizona borderlands in the early 1700s, it is a staple of Sonoran agriculture and is considered a “heritage” wheat. Mixed by hand with ground heirloom corn into fresh pasta dough and hand cranked into lasagna sheets. Clean real ingredients free from bromates, bleach, emulsifiers, glyphosate or synthetic nutrients as nature intended.
