you’ll find it at Oxido during its very short season! Maybe macerated on a dessert like our iconic flourless chocolate cake, in a sauce or muddled into a mocktail.
Unlike traditional green kiwi, Ruby Red has almost no tartness offering a smooth and jammy texture that tastes like a sweet blend of strawberry, raspberry, and tropical fruits. Bonus it’s loaded with anthocyanins which improve your mood!

94% of corn planted is genetically engineered. At Oxido we choose to grind our own from single origin non gmo heirloom corn. We see all that modified corn flour out there full of mycotoxins, pesticides, preservatives, and glyphosate!
